Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. via Cub Rochester East is seeking a dedicated part-time grocery stock associate. You will follow stocking procedures, rotate stock for freshness, display building, and assist customers to ensure a friendly shopping experience.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Weekly pay and an employee discount are included.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods.
• Memorization, reading, writing and math.
• On-going customer interaction with prompt, courteous and accurate service.
• Good judgment when supervision may not be immediately available.
• Understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing.
• Varying shifts in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Completes assignments in allotted time
• Handles product carefully to avoid damage
• Uses proper case cutting technique
• Ensures correct placement of stock
• Rotates and faces product
• Performs clean up of sales floor and back room
• Assist with customer questions or requests
