Job summary

The GIANT Company in Aldan, PA is seeking a team member to accurately select GIANT Direct orders throughout the store, while upholding safety and sanitation practices.

You will greet customers, match items from online shopping lists, assist with order pickups, and work with store teams to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time. The position emphasizes customer service, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers, provide prompt, courteous customer service
• Accurately match all items from the customer's online shopping list
• Shop multiple customer orders simultaneously using designated tools and equipment
• Substitute items for customers if requested
• Assist customers picking up orders at designated parking spots or drive-through
• Differentiates various types of produce merchandise, including differences between varieties of similar classes of products
• Bag or package merchandise according to established company policies and procedures; label and store packaged items in designated area for customer pick up
• Must dress according to company policy, maintains a neat, clean appearance at all time
• Observes and follows all company policies and procedures including safety, food safety, and sanitation practices

• Assists in special projects and performs other functions as assigned
