Chartwells Higher Ed is hiring a part-time Grill Cook at University of Pittsburgh – Greensburg, PA. This role prepares and serves at the grill station with emphasis on safety and quality standards. Requirements include previous grill cooking experience.

Qualifications

• Previous grill cooking experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstations, stove and refrigerator.
• Stores foods following standard wrapping, dating and food safety procedures.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas and utensils.
