Job summary

Mo' Bettahs in South Jordan, UT is seeking a part-time Grill Cook to prepare our meats, keep the grill area clean, and ensure food is cooked to the proper temperatures for prompt service.

You’ll monitor inventory, label items, assist with kitchen cleanup, and support daily operations while following food safety guidelines; prior restaurant experience is a plus, and being 16+ is required.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare meats to required temperatures
• Keep grill area clean and well organized with proper labeling and storage of food items
• Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are running low
• Ensure all food items are cooked to safe temperatures and served promptly
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
• Perform other duties to support restaurant operations as required
