Job summary

Founders Group is seeking a part-time Greenskeeper at Myrtlewood in Myrtle Beach, SC. The role involves maintaining all areas of the golf course, including greens, tees, and bunkers, using appropriate equipment and safety practices.

Responsibilities include daily course setup, debris removal, landscaping tasks, and assisting with general maintenance. Must be able to work a flexible schedule with weekends, walk up to five miles daily, and lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must have working knowledge of all golf course specific operations.
• Must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind).
• Must be able to walk a minimum of five miles daily, lift 70 lbs, and stand or sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all aspects of property grounds and bunkers, mow tees, collars, approaches, fairways, rough, and greens (walking or riding greens mower).
• Blow clippings and debris; set up golf course for daily play; spread pine straw and mulch; spray weeds.
• Promote a positive team environment and collaborate with all departments; perform additional duties as needed.
