Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in ecommerce, digital marketing, or consumer products.
• Portfolio of relevant design work required for consideration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Excellent attention to detail, verbal and writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to tight deadlines.
• Passion for outdoor sports, activities, and conservation with understanding of the target demographic.

Responsibilities

• Design ecommerce and digital campaign assets across email, landing pages, paid social, display, web banners, and related channels.
• Develop cohesive design systems, templates, and sample layouts for production and launches.
• Support redesigns and improvements to ecommerce pages, including Pro Site and landing pages.
• Partner with ecommerce on UX, merchandising, and visual storytelling opportunities.
• Create retail and wholesale email creative as needed.
• Adapt concepts across formats while maintaining brand standards.
• Collaborate with Art Director and Agency team through concepting, review, and delivery.
• Maintain organized source files and digital assets for efficiency.
• Participate in maintenance of Amplify digital asset management program.
