Job summary

California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) seeks dynamic, equity-centered educators to serve as part-time Adjunct Lecturers and Fieldwork Supervisors. Successful candidates will deliver graduate-level instruction and provide mentoring to students, collaborating with university and community partners to support student success.

Adjuncts will align with program standards, support candidates in completing tasks, and use Canvas LMS for hybrid or online instruction.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
California Credentials for EADM/CTE programs.
Minimum of 5 years of educational or related experience.
Evidence of effective teaching/mentoring of adult learners.
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Teach assigned graduate-level courses aligned with program standards.
Provide academic guidance and fieldwork coaching to program candidates.
Support candidates in completing required program tasks and assessments.
Assess and provide actionable feedback on student assignments.
Collaborate with program faculty, fieldwork supervisors, and community partners.
Participate in program events, orientations, and trainings.
Use Canvas LMS and other technologies to support hybrid or online instruction.
Uphold the mission and vision of the department.
Model culturally responsive and equity-centered educational practices.
