Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant for Saint John's Resort to operate a mobile beverage cart on the golf course, serve beverages and light snacks, and maintain cart presentation. The role requires weekend availability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18; 21+ preferred if serving alcohol.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a mobile beverage cart on the golf course and provide prompt service.
• Stock and maintain cart inventory with proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system accurately.
• Prepare and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), snacks, and light meals.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and inviting service area compliant with health and safety standards.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
