Job summary

El Rio Golf Course in Tucson, AZ is hiring a part-time Guest Service Attendant to create a positive guest experience through friendly service, bag handling, and club care.

You will assist with clubhouse upkeep, organize events, carts, and range maintenance, and help guests with policy information and basic services. A valid driver’s license is preferred, prior hospitality experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or minimal related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with outside services and basic clubhouse upkeep.
• Set up and execute golf tournaments and outings.
• Provide courteous service, assist with bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintain cart staging and cart storage areas, including the cart wash down.
• Educate players on course policies, speed of play, and cart rules.
• May direct start of play and maintain rental club records.
