This hands-on role offers a flexible part-time schedule (16–32 hours/week) and starts at $17 per hour.

Ideal candidates have mechanical aptitude, experience with small engines or golf carts, and proficiency with hand and power tools, basic electrical troubleshooting, and computers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in small engines, powersports equipment, golf carts, or similar.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Comfort using computers, tablets, and web-based applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to continually learn new technologies and procedures.
• Knowledge of shop safety practices and safe equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, preventative maintenance, repairs, and routine service on golf cart fleet.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service shop environment.
• Safely load, secure, and unload golf carts from trailers.
• Safely operate equipment including golf carts, pressure washers, generators, and other shop equipment.
• Follow all company safety procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and established service standards.
• Support department operations, local rental activities, and special projects as needed.
