Bad Birdie is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver a high-energy customer experience, greet shoppers, and drive sales through product knowledge and styling advice. You will be a consistent presence on the sales floor, supporting inventory, visual standards, and store operations to keep the experience bold and on-brand.

You’ll join a friendly team at Westfield UTC, with a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, high-energy customer experience on the sales floor.
• Greet customers and guide them through product fits and styling options.
• Recommend products and build complete looks to drive sales.
• Contribute to store goals and key metrics (conversion, AOV).
• Support inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks.
• Participate in team huddles and store operations as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and on-brand presentation.
