Job summary

Skillfinder International is seeking a SimCorp Dimension Support Consultant for a long-term, part-time contract. The role covers L2 application support across an international asset-management environment, with 50% allocation and a remote setup in the EMEA time zone.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting SimCorp Dimension.
• Broad functional knowledge across multiple SimCorp modules or business areas.
• Previous experience providing L2 application or production support.
• Strong incident investigation, analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of asset management and front-to-back investment operations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within an international environment.
• Professional English-language skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve L2 support cases relating to SimCorp Dimension.
• Investigate incidents, analyse root causes and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Work closely with Global Support and other functional and technical teams.
• Monitor support cases and ensure issues progress through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot functional, data, configuration and system-related problems.
• Communicate clearly with users, stakeholders and specialist support teams.
• Document incidents, resolutions and recurring issues.
• Escalate complex cases while providing the relevant analysis and supporting information.
• Contribute to service improvements and knowledge sharing across the support function.
