Job summary

The United States Army Reserve is seeking a part-time Cargo Specialist to ensure the Army receives supplies, weapons, and equipment worldwide. You’ll be trained in cargo documentation, securing loads, and operating equipment like cranes and forklifts to load and unload cargo.

As a Cargo Specialist, you’ll transship cargo between all transport modes and support port operations to back the Army’s global missions.

Qualifications

• Completion of required cargo handling training.
• Experience with cargo loading/unloading.
• Ability to secure cargo and complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo manually or with equipment (cranes, forklifts).
• Prepare and secure cargo for transport and maintain documentation.
• Transship cargo between land, sea and air to support global operations.
