Job summary

Vohra Wound Physicians in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Part-Time Geriatrician to provide bedside wound care across post-acute facilities. Roles include 7am–4pm with no nights or weekend duties, ideally 3+ days per week. You will visit multiple facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, perform rounds, and document in real-time.

Paid training is provided along with a wound care fellowship during onboarding. This is a W2 position with benefits and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Part-time role requires 3 days/week; full-time is 4–5 days/week.
• Mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius.
• Document clinically at point of care using our wound-specific EMR.
