Job summary

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a part-time geriatrician for Colorado Springs, CO. The role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling and a focus on advanced wound care delivered at bedside in post-acute facilities.

Full-time work exists in some regions, but this position emphasizes 3 days per week with travel within a 40–60 mile radius, performing 20–30 patient encounters daily and partnering with wound care training and fellowship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• Experience in wound management or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute settings (SNFs and LTACs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius; manage 20–30 patients daily.
• Documentation at point of care using our EMR; no nights or on-call duties.
