Responsibilities

• Initiate therapies, document patient records, manage equipment.
• Perform bedside treatments and assist nursing staff.
• Attend IDT meetings and participate in care planning.
• Track, audit, and manage caseload and documentation on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
