Job summary

Functional Pathways’ Sharon Towers facility in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Occupational Therapist on a part-time basis to screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise care plans under physician supervision. You’ll contribute to high-quality resident care in a supportive setting.

Requirements include a degree in occupational therapy, active state licensure, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Weekday coverage is preferred.

Qualifications

• OT must screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan under physician supervision.
• Active state license required.
• Certification and licensure per state/national boards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
