Job summary

Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in Florida is seeking a part-time licensed clinical social worker to join a physician-led geriatrics practice. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $51,000 per year and includes base salary plus bonus and incentives.

Excellent compensation package with malpractice coverage and strong work-life balance. CME time off, 401(k) with match, dues reimbursement are included. Relevant social work licensure and 3+ years of health care experience are required.

Qualifications

• Social Work degree (BSW or MSW) required
• Clinically Licensed Social Work – highest licensure in the state - required
• Minimum of three years of social work experience is required (In a health care setting preferred)
• Knowledge of geriatric population, case management and dementia preferred
