Job summary

Phoenix Home Care is seeking an immediate part-time Caregiver in Nixa, MO to support our geriatric clients. You will provide compassionate personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities in a small team, with flexible scheduling and a focus on quality home care.

Starting pay is $16 per hour, with benefits for PT & FT, paid training, and weekly direct deposits. Applicants must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience or related work preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals: prep/clean up.
• Bathing and personal care.
• Light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Laundry and laundry-related tasks.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Run errands as needed.
