Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a production associate for the Dayville, CT facility. The role involves packing beloved snack brands, organizing materials, and ensuring smooth production flow on an overnight shift.

The position offers on-site training in a fast-paced environment, with duties including lifting, bending and moving product. Schedule: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, 12:00 am–8:00 am, with weekend and holiday work as required.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift.
• You can stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Construct boxes and pack them full of products people know and love
• Assist in landscaping, including painting and mowing
• Change light fixtures and filters as needed
• Move parts and/or product around the site as needed
• Maintain housekeeping and complete specific sanitation tasks as required
