Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of clinical experience preferred.
• California dental license in good standing.

• Experience with comprehensive treatment planning, anterior dentistry, implant restorations, clear aligners, endodontics, oral surgery, or digital dentistry is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose dental conditions accurately.
• Provide high-quality preventive, restorative, and general dental treatment.
• Deliver predictable direct restorations, crowns, bridges, and other routine general dentistry procedures.
• Present treatment recommendations clearly and confidently.
• Educate patients and involve them in treatment decisions.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the owner dentist, specialists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team.
• Maintain excellent patient service and clinical efficiency without compromising quality.
