Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• 2+ years of clinical experience (3+ preferred).
• Active Texas dental license in good standing.
• Active DEA registration and current BLS certification.
• Professional dentist liability insurance.
• Comfort with a broad range of general dentistry procedures.
• Strong communication with patients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose using X-rays and diagnostic tools.
• Perform fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, partials, and other restorative work.
• Treat gum disease and restore teeth affected by injury or decay.
• Administer anesthetics and keep patients comfortable throughout treatment.
• Build individualized treatment plans and walk patients through their options.
• Write prescriptions and fabrication instructions as needed.
• Keep clinical documentation and coding accurate and on time.
• Take part in chart audits, team meetings, and company initiatives.
• Offer guidance to mid-level providers and students as needed.
