Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time General Dentist in Hollidaysburg, PA. You will work 2–3 days per week, 8AM–5PM or 10AM–7PM, with a daily guarantee or a 36% collection share.

This role covers the full patient experience, including diagnostics, treatment planning and delivering care across perio, endodontics, surgery and orthodontics. Required: a DMD or DDS from an ADA CODA-accredited program, current license to practice dentistry, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance and BLS/CPR

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance proof.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism
• Keep up with new developments through CE and professional development

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
