Benefits

COMPENSATION

Compensation is structured as a negotiated daily guarantee, with the opportunity to grow into a fully collections-based model:

First 6 months

• The greater of (i) a negotiated daily guarantee per full workday, or (ii) 30% of net monthly collections

After the initial 6-month period

• 30% of monthly collections up to $50,000
• 35% of monthly collections in excess of $50,000

Exact daily guarantee amount to be negotiated with the selected candidate based on experience.
