Salary Range: $200,000.00 To $450,000.00 Annually

Compensation: $800-$1,000 Daily Guarantee or up to 42% of Collections

Your Clinical Focus

We're looking for a confident clinician who enjoys practicing comprehensive dentistry, including:

• Comprehensive examinations and treatment planning
• Crown & bridge

You’ll have the autonomy to diagnose and treat patients based on your clinical judgment while building long-lasting patient relationships.

• Holds an active Maryland dental license
• Is comfortable managing comprehensive treatment plans and complex restorative cases
• Communicates confidently with patients and team members
