Job summary

Health Wealth Safe is seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a physician‑led team. You will provide diagnostic and consultative GI care across outpatient clinics, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers, performing EGD and colonoscopy with a collaborative approach alongside APPs and RNs.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Gastroenterology fellowship.
• Board Certified or Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Oregon medical license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and consultative GI care across outpatient clinics, hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
• Perform EGD and colonoscopy procedures.
• Collaborate with APPs and RNs and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and document care thoroughly.

Gastroenterologist Opportunity

Role Overview

Seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a collaborative, physician‑led team in a supportive environment. The role involves providing high‑quality diagnostic and consultative GI care across outpatient clinics, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers, working closely with APPs and RNs. Key duties include performing EGD, colonoscopy, and managing a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions. The position offers a blend of outpatient, procedural, and inpatient care with a minimum of 32 patient contact hours weekly. Responsibilities also encompass patient education, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of Gastroenterology fellowship
• Board Certified or Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Oregon medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA certification
• Preferred: EUS and ERCP experience, hospital and outpatient practice background
