Jet Stop Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. The role focuses on friendly customer service, upselling, and accurate checkout operations in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, processing payments, and assisting with food prep and inventory control while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for restricted products.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide prompt, friendly assistance.
• Answer questions about fuel, store products, services, and promotions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and refer issues to management when needed.
• Take customer orders, recommend products, and upsell when appropriate.
• Operate the POS system to process cash, card, and mobile payments.
• Follow cash-handling procedures and prevent loss or theft.
• Prepare and serve food items following food safety guidelines.
• Assist the manager in inventory control and paperwork for deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure equipment is functioning; alert management to issues.
