Golden State Warriors is seeking Game Night Assistants to support the communications team during NBA season. This part-time onsite role in San Francisco offers hands-on exposure to media operations and event day logistics.

You will greet media, distribute credentials, assist with quotes, and help the PR staff with various assignments while working nights and weekends. Qualified students in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Sports Management or related fields are encouraged to apply,

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled senior or junior undergraduate majoring in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Sports Management, or related field.
• Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Golden State Warriors and NBA.

Responsibilities

• Greet media at press gate and distribute credentials.
• Serve dining room attendant, collect money, and assist media.
• Assemble final stat books for postgame distribution.
• Distribute stats and information before, during, and after games.
• Record and transcribe pre/postgame quotes.
• Assist Warriors PR staff with miscellaneous assignments.
• Other duties as assigned.
