Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Lockbourne, OH is seeking a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist to replenish inventory and support our vending program. You will deliver to customer sites, perform equipment maintenance, and assist with orders at the 2315 Creekside Pkwy location.

The role runs up to 28 hours per week with shifts 7:30am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday, at our branch. Ideal candidates are reliable, customer-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly.
• Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Self-motivated, customer service oriented, and a team player.
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites.
• Perform replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment.
• Interact with customers during deliveries and servicing.
• Place and fulfill orders at customer sites.
• Perform other duties to ensure branch success.
