Job summary

Fastenal's Evans, CO branch is seeking a part-time Fulfillment Specialist to replenish inventory, service our vending program, and deliver to customers on a local route. You will stock and maintain equipment, interact with customers, and fulfill orders at sites in Evans, CO 80620.

Schedule features a Mon-Fri shift 7:00am - 5:00pm, 10-28 hours/week. This role supports branch success and offers exposure to Fastenal's growth culture and customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with ability to meet driving requirements.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented.
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Lift, slide, carry and lower 25–50 lbs (up to 75 lbs).
• Pass the required drug screen.
• Pass sex offender registry check.

Responsibilities

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites.
• Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment.
• Interacting with customers during deliveries.
• Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites.
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
