Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions; write legibly; communicate with voice picking system.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.
• Ability to understand product numbers and line codes for accurate retrieval.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 pounds; work in a loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull all orders for the customer according to the prescribed picking quota.
• Identify the correct product and quantity, pull and transport to the checking station.
• Navigate the computer basics and use voice picking and RF scanning equipment.
• Follow safety rules and adhere to housekeeping policies.
• Maintain accuracy and speed while handling repetitive tasks.
