Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring for a store associate role focused on accurate order fulfillment and exceptional customer service.

You will pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill orders, ensuring safety and organization in staging areas and using the Orders App to support inventory accuracy. The role requires basic computer use and familiarity with retail technology, plus certification in powered equipment or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• 6 months of experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in a related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden).
• 6 months of experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $15.00 - $15.60 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on position, location, education, training, or experience.
