Lowe's is seeking a team member to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders accurately in a fast-paced retail setting. You will operate certified equipment, assist customers, and help maintain inventory accuracy while following safety procedures.

Starting hourly pay ranges from $16.50 to $17.20 with benefits for eligible associates. Full- and part-time roles offer health, dental, and vision coverage, time off, and 401(k) options. Training and development opportunities are available.

Formación

• 6 months of computer experience including inputting, accessing, modifying data.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered equipment certification required: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months retail experience preferred.
• 6 months customer service or product fulfillment experience in home improvement retail.
• 6 months experience inspecting, carrying, loading/unloading products.

• Complete administrative tasks, audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Demonstrate a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.

• Deliver excellent service by choosing high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates when needed.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) and follow all safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App, maintaining SIMS compliance, and partnering with leadership to resolve short picks.

Required Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 Months of Retail experience
• 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
• 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.20 per hour
