Job summary

Lowe’s Home Improvement is seeking a warehouse associate in Homewood, AL to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders while keeping areas safe and organized. You will validate orders, assist customers, and work with teammates to ensure fast, accurate service.

Responsibilities include operating certified forklifts, using the Orders App, and upholding SIMS compliance. Candidates with 6 months retail tech experience and a high school diploma are preferred; opening doors to growth within Lowe’s.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones and tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

• 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
