Job summary

Lowe's is hiring for a picker/fulfillment role in Montana. You will pick and stage customer orders, verify accuracy, and ensure on-time fulfillment while maintaining clean, safe staging areas. You will use the Orders App and powered equipment certs to support inventory accuracy and assist customers with questions.

The position emphasizes strong teamwork and communication, with duties including audits, follow-ups, and locker management as well as potential additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience using a computer or similar device.
• Six months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones or tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required; must be obtained if not already certified).

• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 Months of Retail experience
• 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
• 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
