Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time associate to process and stock products per Dairy/Frozen standards, keep work areas clean, and provide customer service. The role includes unloading stock and reloading salvage, with duties of frozen food clerk when assigned.

Employees must be at least 16 years old and able to read, write, and communicate in English. Physical demands include lifting up to 60 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in a cool environment; pay ranges from $18.75 to $20.60

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and teamwork to support customer satisfaction.
• Ability to read/write in English and communicate effectively with customers and associates.
• Basic math skills including dealing with money and weights.

Responsibilities

• Process and stock products according to standards.
• Clean work areas and maintain organization.
• Provide customer service and assist shoppers.
• Unload stock and reload salvage as needed.
• Perform frozen food clerk duties when assigned.
