Crossroads Treatment Centers in Uniontown, PA is seeking a Front Office Assistant to deliver exceptional service to patients checking in, handling payments, and supporting daily operations. You will guide new patients through intake, maintain accurate financial records, and coordinate with clinical staff to streamline admissions.

A high school diploma and customer-service experience are preferred; healthcare exposure is a plus.

Day in the Life of a Front Office Assistant

Responsible for providing excellent customer service checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations. Maintain friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offer a “white glove” experience. Provide an exceptional experience by guiding new patients through their intake process. Education and Experience requirements:

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Hours, Schedule, and Travel (if applicable)

Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Uniontown Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Uniontown Every fourth weekend: Saturday 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM and Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:30PM Connellsville
