Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Front of House Team Member for a 2-7pm shift in Grapevine, TX. This role focuses on greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering quick, friendly service. You will join a team led by an Owner/Operator committed to your growth and success within a supportive restaurant environment.

Prior experience is preferred but not required; training is provided. You will be part of a busy FOH team with opportunities to advance, while enjoying a positive work culture and Sundays off

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Able to lift and carry 10–65 lbs.
• Valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick, friendly, and accurate service to guests.
• Front of House duties and guest interaction.
• Maintain eye contact and create emotional connections with guests.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A values and restaurant standards.
• Work with a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
