Job summary

Ollie’s is hiring a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance. You will handle front-end operations, merchandising, and customer service with a focus on a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, knowing promotions, supporting donation programs, and keeping the store fresh and organized. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
