Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist in Johnson City, NY to assist customers and maintain store appearance, with a primary focus on front end operations. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and promote current promotions while supporting donation programs and merchandising efforts.

Responsibilities include cashier duties, pricing, stocking, and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
