Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet each customer and use their name whenever possible.
• Unload groceries from cart to belt and group items for bagging.
• Scan orders and handle payment transactions per standard practice.
• Follow cash handling procedures and assist with Food Lion To-Go orders when applicable.
• Maintain neat and clean work station and front-end area.
