Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security systems from the front desk.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly, notifying appropriate personnel.
• Assist with reception duties, including answering phones and directing visitors.
