Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors at a front desk.
Monitor access and verify credentials; maintain visitor records.
Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner.
Maintain awareness and deter unauthorized access.
Support building operations by answering phones, giving directions, receiving deliveries.
