Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by following site-specific security procedures.
• Staff the front desk and manage visitor access by greeting guests and directing them to destinations.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity or maintenance issues.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document events as required.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident documentation.
