Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer for University City, Philadelphia, PA. You will staff a front desk, manage access control, badge verification, and visitor screening while delivering excellent customer service in a commercial real estate setting.

This role features a part-time schedule with day shifts and a pay rate of 17.25 USD per hour. You’ll contribute to a safe, orderly environment, working with a team that values integrity and reliable service.

Competenze

Have at least two years of security-related experience.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Mansioni

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor building access, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry records in accordance with site requirements.
Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general building information, and professionally route inquiries to appropriate contacts.
Observe front desk and lobby activity, report unusual conditions or incidents, and help to deter unauthorized access through courteous access-control practices.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
