• Previous retail, front desk or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at the front desk and welcome guests.
• Promote Massage Envy Wellness Program and book services and memberships.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments to support clinic flow.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.
