Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal in Atlanta (Buckhead) is seeking a part-time Sales Receptionist to engage with clients, promote satisfaction, and build lasting relationships throughout their experience with Milan. Oversee front desk operations, answer incoming calls and schedule appointments, and assist medical staff with treatment rooms.

Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve monthly sales goals and complete clinic tasks on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed by the business.

• Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records.
• Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms.
• Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
