Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is expanding its Minneapolis (Edina), MN team with a part-time Sales Receptionist. You will engage clients, manage appointments, and support the clinical team to drive sales and exceptional service. This role requires weekend/evening availability and strong communication.

The position includes a base pay of $20.00 per hour plus potential monthly bonus, with a 3-day work week. Benefits include 401k, free laser services for employees, and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently required.
• Works well in a team environment required.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed by the business required.
• Ability to use a computer and sales software required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to enhance satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Oversee front desk operations, answer calls, schedule appointments, and maintain client records.
• Assist medical staff with maintenance of treatment rooms and cleanse spaces as needed.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve monthly sales goals.
• Complete clinic operational tasks on time and support customer experience initiatives.
