Responsibilities

• Maintain a warm, welcoming and professional demeanor with all guests.
• Check guests in and out, ensure proper payment, note and fulfill requests, record accurate information.
• Answer the phone in a professional and helpful manner.
• Post charges and settle guest accounts according to procedures.
• Address and resolve guest problems to increase satisfaction.
• Know emergency procedures and hotel policies.
• Be punctual for scheduled shifts.
