Job summary

Rydell Auto Center in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Part Time Receptionist with excellent customer service to greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department. This role also handles basic office tasks to support Sales and Office teams.

The schedule is Monday–Friday 1:30pm–7:00pm and every other Saturday 8am–5pm, with pay of $17 per hour. Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus, and a professional appearance is expected. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Available to work flexible hours on weeknights and weekends.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
• Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department and follow up in a timely way.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, minimizing hold time.
• Assist managers with clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with customers and employees.
